RWG&A’s team got together to watch the Portland Sea Dogs take on the Harrisburg Senators at Hadlock Field. Before the game began, R.W. Gillespie & Associates was recognized as a local business in honor of the Sea Dog’s Saco & Biddeford Community night. All it took was one run by the Sea Dogs (in the bottom of the first inning) to win the game. The night was complete with plenty of Sea Dogs biscuits.

R.W. Gillespie & Associate’s new corporate office space, above, resides at 20 Pomerleau St., Suite 100 in Biddeford, Maine
R.W. Gillespie & Associates, Inc. (RWG&A), a Maine and New Hampshire based resource for geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and environmental consulting projects, recently moved into their new corporate headquarters. RWG&A’s new office can be found at 20 Pomerleau Street, Suite 100 in Biddeford’s Alfred Road Business Park. The management team at R.W. Gillespie & Associates, Inc. had been patiently searching for the right space to move their 20 employees into when they discovered the hidden gem that is Pomerleau Street, located right off the Biddeford I-95 Exit (Exit 32) and only minutes away from U.S. Route 1 in Biddeford.
RWG&A is leasing the newly renovated 6,100 square-foot open-concept office and spacious laboratory from Westfield Inc. RWG&A also operates two branch offices in Newington, New Hampshire and Mansfield, Massachusetts. RWG&A’s mission is to reduce the potential for delays and unanticipated costs associated with soils, earthwork, and foundations that can create major setbacks for building projects and infrastructure important to the community.

Daniel graduated from the University of Maine, Orono in 2018 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Serena graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2017 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Both have experience in materials testing and geotechnical evaluation and will have hands-on involvement on our geotechnical projects from design through the construction phases.
